A charming picture from Piers' facebook entry re: the Sunday Concert ....
Carlo Grante is allowed to show a little tummy after his spectacular traversal of fifteen Scarlatti sonatas in a late concert tonight in the Chetham’s International Summer School and Festival for Pianists in Manchester! And Murray McLachlan (running the whole thing on top of teaching and performing) and Eugen Indjic deserve to as well for their Gershwin and Schumann concertos earlier in the evening. I’ve had a joyous two days teaching here and enjoying time with wonderful colleagues. My turn to perform Sunday evening... — with Murray McLachlan, Carlo Grante and Eugen Indjic.
